MATERIALS

All of the cloth is made from 100% quality cotton. The textiles are manufactured in Ghana's finest textiles and print factories. The printed modern African cloth is prepared by the use of dye and wax.

This was discovered in the early 19th century. This was when the ships exporting the cloth from Holland to Asia passed through Africa to later establish a market. Factories were set up in Ghana and the Cote d'Ivoire. Today this clothing is widely warn by all ages throughout West Africa.

It is recomended, these textiles should be hand washed, then hung to dry. This will help preserve the size and shimmer.
